Traffic Control
We provide complete traffic control services with certified personnel to handle all traffic control standards, including lane shifts, detours, lane closures, and more. All of our employees are trained Traffic Control Coordinators through the Rutgers University training program. We are experienced in NJDOT, NJ Turnpike, and utility type closures. We take pride in helping to maintain New Jersey’s infrastructure, and even more in protecting the public and workers in every work zone!

We here at NJI rent many of the equipment needed for a wide variety of tasks, with a core focus on traffic control equipment.

Engineered Traffic Control Plans

The engineering process begins with a review of the project, the scope of work and the objectives for a traffic control plan. The review will include any risk factors and unique concerns that may be involved with the site to provide a comprehensive plan that effectively addresses the site conditions. Upon the conclusion of the plan design process, the contractor is provided with a formal written traffic control plan for the specific project that meets all municipal, state and federal standards for traffic control.
